The Heart of a Champion Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Colleyville, Texas that has created an innovative character education program for
students across the country. The organization was founded in 1997 by leaders in business, education and sports who desired to impact a generation of students by teaching powerful lessons of character.

The Heart of a Champion Character Development Program is a research-based program that combines video elements with an innovative print curriculum to
reach today’s “sight and sound” generation. This comprehensive, nine-month program teaches and reinforces positive character traits while incorporating
critical thinking exercises and demonstrating examples of individuals with high character.

Today, this powerful message is being taught in more than 80 elementary, middle and high schools as well as after-school programs and alternative
education centers in 15 states. Through the program’s assessment process, Heart of a Champion has observed significant attitudinal, behavioral and academic
shifts in the lives of these students.

In order to fund character development in schools, the Heart of a Champion Foundation has developed program partnerships with such organizations as
Coca-Cola, the Houston Texans, Express Employment Pros, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, and other sports franchises and businesses in various
regions.

As a result, students’ lives are being changed, and a culture of character has been created in schools and districts across the country. In essence, students are
learning what it means to live life with the Heart of a Champion.
